The name Ardeo comes from the Latin word ‘ardere,’ which describes the unique experience of wood-fired cooking, where our dishes are created with the heat of Ardeo, using always fresh and high-quality ingredients, resulting in an explosion of flavor on the palate of even the most discerning diners.
Our open kitchen concept was designed so that our customers can see that the products are of the highest quality, with international and fresh ingredients coming from the United States, enhancing the flavor and quality of primarily local products from Ensenada, Guadalajara, and the surrounding region
